weekly mobility

Once a week, every week we will be posting a new mobility exercise for you guys to try and help keep your body moving properly and recovering so that you can continue training without harm to your body!

Most of these movements will be done without any equipment, so you can do them anywhere you are. However, if the movement does include equipment, everything will be shown in the video for what you will need!
